Zendesk, Inc. is seeking an AI Success Strategist to own end-to-end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps, translating product capabilities into strategic business value and partnering with executive stakeholders to scale AI initiatives.

The role focuses on driving adoption, retention, and expansion across multi-year AI roadmaps, coordinating Product, Services, Sales, and Partners to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or AI strategy/PM certifications preferred.
• Experience in go-to-customer/GTM roles in enterprise tech/SaaS and in driving AI adoption program outcomes.
• Experience using adoption metrics and analytics to forecast retention and expansion.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end delivery of customers’ AI roadmaps and translate capabilities into business strategy.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Product, Services, Sales, and Partners to scale AI programs.
• Develop measurable playbooks and milestones early in the lifecycle and drive adoption.
