Job summary

Pragmatico is looking for a hybrid-working, Indianapolis-based trainer and client-relationship leader who can drive AI adoption in mid-market clients. You will design and run sessions, demonstrate live outcomes, and coach executives on integrating AI into daily workflows.

You will manage client relationships across engagements, stay current with AI tools, and help organizations move from skepticism to active adoption, delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults, with executive or senior-leadership audiences specifically.
• Experience owning client relationships directly, with ongoing momentum between sessions.
• A proven track record you can quantify, showing adoption of new tools, processes, or behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead client sessions to drive measurable AI adoption and behavior change.
• Show live results tailored to each client’s work to build credibility.
• Read the room and adjust delivery to different audiences and levels of familiarity with AI.
• Own the client relationship between sessions and maintain ongoing engagement and support.
• Stay current on AI tools and platforms relevant to clients and their needs.
• Surface patterns across clients to inform Pragmatico’s approach and improve outcomes.
