Job summary

Pragmatico is seeking a remote, full-time role focused on helping mid-market clients turn AI investments into measurable business value. You will run sessions with executives, ensure practical adoption, and own ongoing client relationships across engagements.

You’ll collaborate with Pragmatico’s delivery leadership, stay current on AI tools, and adapt your approach to each client’s context. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training, teaching, or coaching adults with executive or senior-leadership audiences.
• Experience owning client relationships directly and maintaining momentum between sessions.
• Track record of moving groups from skeptical to adopting a new tool, process, or behavior with measurable metrics.
• Hands-on experience using AI in your own work and ability to demonstrate it.
• Comfort being challenged live by skeptical executives without a script.

Responsibilities

• Run sessions that change how people work, focusing on practical application and behavior change.
• Show live results to demonstrate value and time-saving impact.
• Adapt to the room by adjusting approach while maintaining the thread.
• Own the client relationship between sessions and act as primary contact.
• Stay current on AI tools and capabilities relevant to clients.
• Surface patterns across clients to improve Pragmatico’s offerings.
