Job summary

ISG is seeking an AI Advisory Senior Consultant to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled training solutions. You will lead training technology engagements, own WalkMe deployments, and serve as the primary technical contact for clients.

The role blends hands-on development with client-facing leadership to deliver measurable business value. Responsibilities include building AI-enabled applications, automating content workflows, and integrating AI with training platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or software development.
• Proven track record leading enterprise technology implementations end-to-end.
• Experience managing client engagements with scope, budget, and timelines.
• Hands-on experience implementing Digital Adoption Platforms (WalkMe or similar).
• Background in learning technologies or educational tech is preferred.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled production solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and lead implementations.
• Experience with prompt engineering and tuning large language models.
• Knowledge of LMS and LXP concepts.
• Proficient in Python or other programming languages.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design.

Responsibilities

• Lead training technology engagements from discovery through implementation and hypercare.
• Own the delivery of WalkMe implementations, including requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients during deployments.
• Manage engagement workstreams, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead change management and adoption activities for implemented solutions.
• Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for client teams.
• Provide post-implementation support and optimization recommendations.
• Design and develop AI-enabled applications to accelerate content creation and delivery.
• Build automation to enhance training content workflows.
• Develop APIs and integration layers to connect AI with training platforms.
• Lead technical implementation and customization of WalkMe DAP solutions.
• Create documentation and solution blueprints for go-to-market offerings.
