You will assess AI literacy, identify skill gaps, and deliver tailored coaching blending practical engineering with agentic coding tools to drive productivity while maintaining code quality. This hybrid role requires travel up to 25% to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, develop learning programs, demos, and training materials for safe and effective AI

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years combined experience in software development, quality assurance, business analysis or coaching.
• Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
• Strong communication skills with ability to tailor complex topics to different stakeholders.
• Proven coaching experience in complex, regulated environments guiding teams through new technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with AI principles and software engineering.
• Travel up to 25% for internal meetings, training and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, utilities, and tools to facilitate AI integration.
• Identify and address AI skill gaps with stakeholders to create tailored solutions.
• Create outcome-focused learning paths including formal courses, microbursts, and on-the-job experiences.
• Foster a continuous learning culture through microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
