You will lead sessions and workshops, develop demos, and create training materials. The role blends practical engineering with AI tooling to drive measurable productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years combined experience in software development, QA, business analysis or coaching.
• Experience programming in C#, Java, Golang, C++, JavaScript, Python or Swift.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven coaching experience in regulated environments guiding teams through new tech adoption.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI principles, techniques, and software engineering.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings, training and client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes and tools to facilitate AI integration.
• Assess AI literacy and tailor coaching to each business unit.
• Create outcome-focused learning with formal courses and on-the-job experiences.
• Foster continuous learning through microlearning, coaching, and communities of practice.
