VK Capital Ventures Inc. runs Travel Villa Kitchen—a Houston chef co-op, cooking-class and private-dinner company—with a focus on agrihood communities through Farm2Chef and related platforms.

We are hiring an Agrihood Partnerships Manager to build our developer pipeline and shepherd partnerships from first meeting to signed agreements. In this role you will track relationships, bring developer insight into planning, and represent our platform's capabilities and gaps to communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnerships, business development, real estate or land/community development.
• Comfort in a developer's world: pro forma analysis, phased timelines.
• Relationship-first approach with soft negotiation and long-term planning.

Responsabilités

• Carry partnerships from first meeting to signed agreement, coordinating founders and operations.
• Represent the platform and articulate capabilities and current limits to communities.
• Track relationships in systems with stages and next steps readable at a glance.
• Incorporate developer timelines and economics into planning and proposals.

VK Capital Ventures Inc. runs Travel Villa Kitchen — a Houston chef co-op, cooking-class and private-dinner company (plus Six Rows Coffee and Farm2Chef, our farmer-chef marketplace). We are Human First service practitioners: healthy communication and people who are happy and emotionally safe in service is how we work. We are hiring an Agrihood Partnerships Manager to build our developer pipeline for agrihood communities — neighborhoods planned around farms, food, and gathering — where our farmer-chef platform becomes part of how a community lives from day one.

Responsibilities

• Build and work the developer pipeline: identify agrihood and farm-forward community projects and open real conversations
• Carry partnerships from first meeting to signed agreement, coordinating founders and operations at each gate
• Represent the platform honestly: what Farm2Chef, the Protein Pool, and our chef co-op can deliver for a community — and what they can't yet
• Track every relationship in our systems with stages and next steps a founder can read at a glance
• Bring developer reality back into planning: timelines, amenity economics, what communities actually ask for

Qualifications

• Partnerships, business development, real-estate, or land/community development experience
• Comfort in a developer's world: pro formas, phases, and long timelines don't scare you
• Relationship-first manner — warm, patient, no pressure, no overpromising
• Houston/Texas market familiarity; bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule

Full-time, standard business hours, with partner meetings and site visits as scheduled.
