Pratt Industries is seeking a Sales Representative for Agriculture in the Northeastern U.S. to grow our farming segment in the Swedesboro area. You will prospect, build relationships with growers, and drive value-based sales for corrugated packaging products.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship development, entertainment, and collaboration with manufacturing, customer service, and quality teams. Remote but travel will be required to cover the territory; experience in agriculture is

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside selling experience in Agriculture.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to load and unload samples from vehicle.
• College degree preferred in graphics, packaging, sales or business.

Responsabilités

• Keep an updated and accurate list of prospects and accounts.
• Analyze and qualify prospective accounts.
• Conduct initial contact and sales calls to establish relationships and drive first-time and repeat business.
• Surpass sales quota commitments for your area.
• Implement sales strategies and manage customer relationships.
• Close new sales and price/value proposals; manage working capital and cash flow.
• Coordinate with plant management and fellow sales associates.
• Remote position but willing to travel to cover territory.
