U.S. Bank is seeking an Agriculture Business Banking Relationship Manager to serve as the primary advisor for agricultural clients, expanding the portfolio with tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury, payments, deposits, and wealth management.

You will coordinate with credit underwriting and other teams to structure solutions, manage risk, and grow client relationships, while staying compliant with regulatory standards and building local market presence.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Seven+ years of experience in related banking fields.
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales ability.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and grow a portfolio of agricultural business clients and achieve portfolio growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing strategic financial guidance and tailored solutions.
• Analyze client financial performance and recommend banking, lending, treasury, and wealth solutions.
• Collaborate with credit underwriting, portfolio management, and treasury to structure solutions and manage risk.
• Maintain ownership of client relationships by coordinating resources and referrals across the bank.
• Demonstrate expertise in agricultural lending, credit analysis and industry trends.
• Build relationships with centers of influence and industry groups to expand opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
