Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years commercial banking experience with agricultural lending.
• Regulatory knowledge: BSA/CRA and lending regulations (B, C, O, P, Z).
• Proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel; Jack Henry Real Vision and Jack Henry 20/20 systems.

Responsibilities

• Interview loan applicants and assess credit worthiness.
• Negotiate terms, costs, repayment schedules and collateral.
• Analyze borrower financials and collateral; monitor loan quality.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop new customer relationships and promote banking products.
• Oversee loan portfolio growth and performance metrics.
