Union Bank of Michigan is seeking a Commercial Banker ll – Agricultural Lending to build and manage relationships with agricultural and commercial clients. You will evaluate credit applications, determine loan terms, and ensure adherence to bank policies to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has extensive commercial lending experience, strong credit analysis, and experience with Jack Henry systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years commercial banking experience.
• Experience in agricultural lending required.
• Regulation B, C, O, P, Z and X knowledge.
• Jack Henry Real Vision and Jack Henry 20/20 system proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Interview loan applicants and collect and analyzes financial data to determine credit worthiness.
• Establish and negotiate loan terms, including repayment schedules and collateral.
• Maintain relationships with business and commercial customers to promote growth and deposits.
• Oversee loan portfolio quality and adherence to lending policy.
• Advise customers on business management and financial matters.
