Qualifications

• 5+ years agricultural lending experience.
• Formal credit training or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 college accounting credits, plus ability to analyze balance sheets and cash flow.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships, sustaining high-quality loan growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage a credit portfolio of $20–40 million with oversight of loan performance.
• Lead with professional leadership, participate in governance and team direction.
• Represent the bank professionally to promote community presence and customer care.
