Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable property and casualty growth through selected distribution partners across designated regions in the United States. The role focuses on sales, service, risk management, and advisory support to partners, with goals aligned to profitability and premium targets.

The candidate will market, manage, and expand P&C lines while collaborating with the Annuity Distribution team to meet territory production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm/ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting departments to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by forming new P&C partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory, communicating changes and objectives to partners.
• Develop and implement strategic, data-driven business plans to achieve production and profitability goals, monitor KPIs, and refine plans.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies to drive growth, ensuring underwriting standards and performance expectations are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and enhance agency partner engagement.
• Serve as primary contact for all distribution partners within the territory.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums and associations to elevate visibility.
