Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through selected distribution partners, coordinating with the Annuity Distribution team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in P&C distribution.
• Experience working with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and formalizing new partners.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with distribution partners to align business objectives.
• Position Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines.
• Develop and implement data-driven business plans to achieve production goals.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies in line with underwriting standards.
