Job summary

Farm Family seeks a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory, engaging in sales, service, and risk management with distribution partners. The role markets and expands all P&C lines and collaborates with the Annuity Distribution team to meet targets.

In partnership with the Regional Field Executive, you will advise on product, pricing, and marketing plans, while acting as the main liaison for distribution partners within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm & ranch and/or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by targeting P&C distribution partnerships within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and review progress.
• Establish the company as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Develops and implements strategic, data-driven business plans to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and enhance agency partner engagement.
