Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth in a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines of business through select distribution partners, working with the Annuity Distribution team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-8 years of experience in P&C distribution partnerships in farm & ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and targeting P&C distribution partnerships in the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align business objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Communicate product changes and company objectives to agency partners to establish market leadership.
• Develop strategic, data-driven business plans to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Lead territory sales and marketing strategies aligned with underwriting standards.
