Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6–8 years of experience.
• Experience with P&C distribution partners in farm, ranch or commercial lines.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and formalize P&C distribution partnerships within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and growth.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines in the territory.
• Develop strategic, data-driven territory plans to achieve production and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve distribution partner experience and engagement.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums, conferences, and associations.
