Job summary

Farm Family is seeking a Territory Leader to drive profitable P&C growth across a designated territory. You will market, manage, and expand all P&C lines through select distribution partners, while supporting annuity targets with the territory.

In partnership with the Regional Field Executive, you will advise on product, pricing, and marketing plans, acting as the primary contact for distribution partners and leading enterprise-wide sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six to eight years of experience in P&C distribution partners.
• Experience partnering with product and underwriting to drive profitable growth.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Expand distribution by identifying and formalizing new P&C distribution partnerships.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to align objectives and growth opportunities.
• Establish Farm Family as the preferred provider for agribusiness and commercial lines within the territory.
• Lead data-driven business planning to achieve production and profitability goals, and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and enhance agency partner engagement.
• Represent Farm Family at industry forums and associations to elevate visibility and strategic alignment.
