American Bank & Trust - South Dakota seeks an experienced loan professional to manage a portfolio of commercial and agricultural clients. You will gather information for loan applications, coordinate with Credit Administration, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closing and funding.

You will drive business development, cross-sell deposit and fee-income products, maintain asset quality, and engage with community organizations to expand the Bank's presence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 to 5 years commercial and agricultural lending and credit analysis experience.
• Knowledge of lending regulations and policies.
• Ability to interact with customers and employees with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality.
• Strong ethical focus.
• Negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and maximize relationships; oversee loan information and coordination with Credit Administration.
• Actively involve in business development and monitor industry and regulatory trends.
• Cross-sell deposit/fee income products/services as suitable for customers.
• Maintain asset quality of the loan portfolio.
• Network with community and professional organizations to generate opportunities.
• Represent the Bank in industry associations and community groups; promote a favorable image.
• Ensure loan agreements are complete, accurate, and loans close/fund timely.
• Collect delinquent accounts and renegotiate terms as needed.
