Job summary

Konecranes in Nashville seeks an Agreement Sales Representative to drive growth in service agreements and new business opportunities.

You will manage CRM funnels, prepare offers, develop target accounts, and support renewals. A minimum of two years in service sales, leadership experience, and a basic understanding of mechanical/electrical principles are preferred; cranes experience is a plus. We offer a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in service related sales.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles. Prior experience with cranes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned sales targets for agreement-based services and new business development.
• Prepare sales offers for agreements and other new business opportunities.
• Identify assets and data for agreement creation; document in CRM.
• Develop competency and use provided processes and tools.
• Support agreement renewals per retention policy; log visits and activity in CRM.
