Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to join our team in a full-time role. The position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and a company vehicle, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.

Key duties include meeting sales targets for service agreements, developing new business, preparing offers, managing CRM, supporting renewals, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. Regular CRM updates and weekly reviews are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: 2+ years in service-related sales; leadership experience; knowledge of CRM and meeting quotas.
• Other: good written and verbal communication; basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets for services and new business opportunities.
• Prepare offers for agreements and other opportunities; identify assets/data for agreements.
• Develop competency and use provided processes/tools; support renewals per retention policy.
• CRM management: log visits, calls, meetings, quotes; report progress weekly.
