Jiffy Lube International in Macclenny, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center’s daily operations, drive revenue growth, coach teammates, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

As AGM you will partner with the GM on budgeting and forecasts, supervise technicians and front-line staff, manage inventory and safety standards, lead daily huddles, and promote a Guest First culture across the team.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
• Understanding of retail business and revenue growth drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth via guest count and lead measures.
• Coach and guide team through internal training programs.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, and store operations with the GM.
