The role focuses on developing teammates through training, delivering consistent customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe environment while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with the ability to inspire diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and guest count through core sales initiatives.
• Lead daily team huddles, mentor staff, and optimize performance.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense controls.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Ensure clean, safe, and welcoming store conditions.
