Jiffy Lube International is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM, drive sales, and enhance guest experiences in Fridley, MN. You will coach teams, oversee daily operations, and implement training programs to improve performance.

You will lead with a guest-first mindset, manage inventory and safety, and contribute to budgeting and forecasting while maintaining high standards of service and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction and goals.
• Assist GM in budgeting, forecasts, and expense controls.
• Drive revenue through guest count growth and core sales metrics.
• Coach technicians and CSAs; ensure quality control and guest experience.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
• Support talent development and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
