Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Proven leader able to inspire and motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core sales metrics.
• Coach and develop teammates through our training program.
• Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and guest issues; work with the DM on initiatives.
• Open and close the store when GM is off; lead daily huddles and meetings.
