Responsibilities

• Partner with the GM to drive revenue growth and guest experience.

• Ensure quality control measures are followed consistently.
• Handle inventory, cash processes, and guest issues as needed.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to align on goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable service center.
• Provide guidance to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Open/close duties when GM is off.
• Build an engaged workforce reflecting customer demand.
