Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance (core sales, MultiCare, Core Plus).
• Coach and execute excellent customer service to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings; set direction to hit business goals.
