Jiffy Lube International in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center’s guest experience and revenue growth. As AGM, you’ll work closely with the GM to drive core sales, coach the team, and ensure high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, budgeting, and staff development, while upholding safety and quality. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a guest-first mindset to deliver

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience; Professional automotive experience is not required.
• Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Is a proven leader that possesses the ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups of people.
• Has sound business sense and a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Can analyze, comprehend, and recommend financial objectives that help increase sales and service results.
• Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance always.
• Enjoys and is energized by a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
• Has a Guest First mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise store staff to achieve revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings with GM.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with GTE.
• Manage inventory and cash handling processes.
• Support budgeting, sales forecasts, and expense controls with GM.
• Provide clear direction and mentorship to automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Address guest questions in person, online, or by phone.
