Job summary

Jiffy Lube International in Savannah, GA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our service center's daily operations. You will work closely with the GM to drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and staff development.

You will coach technicians and customer service associates, manage inventory and cash handling, participate in budgeting and forecasts, and ensure a safe, clean work environment in line with our standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Drive revenue growth through guest count and core sales metrics.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and guest issue resolution.
