Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead operational performance and continuous improvement across western U.S. aggregates operations. The role emphasizes lean methods, capability-building, and safety culture across AMAT sites.

You will drive cost leadership, margin improvement, and sustainable practices while coaching teams and coordinating with commercial colleagues to implement the most effective OpEx strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites, including diagnosis, on-site and post-visit analysis.
• Analyze plant production and equipment performance to identify improvements.
• Optimize operations to meet sales demand with cost leadership and safety.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Manage change leadership and sustain a strong safety culture.
