Job summary

CRH's Americas Materials business is the leading provider of building materials in North America. The Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager will lead lean initiatives across western US aggregate operations, champion cost leadership and margin improvement, and drive sustainability while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems and automation.
• Site assessments and implementing tactical plans.
• Training, coaching and mentoring with leadership and frontline
• Ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites, including diagnosis and prioritization.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets.
• Collaborate with leadership and the commercial team on OpEx strategy.
• Lead change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and coaching to enhance AMAT fundamentals.
• Support development of operational budgets and cost estimates.
