Job summary

CRH Americas Materials seeks an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives across western U.S. aggregate operations and drive operational excellence for margin improvement.

You will partner with site leaders to assess, plan, and implement efficiency programs, coaching teams and embedding AMAT Performance Fundamentals. This role requires travel and offers a base salary plus bonus structure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational experience in aggregates.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools (AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3).
• Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems and data collection.
• Experience leading training/coaching and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites and support prioritization and implementation.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and sell OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Lead change management initiatives and develop frontline leaders.
• Travel 50% +/- within the western United States.
