You will champion operational excellence, cost leadership and margin improvement while building capability through training and coaching. The role requires 5+ years in aggregates, hands-on plant systems experience, and the ability to travel around the western United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results.
• Experience with lean and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments across western US aggregate sites.
• Drive optimization of plant operations to maximize margin while ensuring safety and quality.
• Deliver training, coaching and capability-building for site leaders and teams.
