Job summary

CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across western US aggregate sites. You will champion lean methodologies, lead assessments, and coach teams to improve margins and safety.

The role involves capability-building activities, training, and possibly leading a small team; travel is approximately 50% within the western United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates with leading teams and progressive results.
• Experience using performance tools for operations improvement and optimization.
• Ability to influence at all levels and coach teams in excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites with diagnosis, on-site review and prioritization.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecasts and margins; support scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to implement OpEx strategies.
• Develop capability through training and coaching of site leaders and frontline staff.
