Job summary

CRH Americas Materials, the leader in North American building materials, seeks an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to drive lean and performance across western US aggregate operations. You will lead assessments, implement improvements, and coach teams toward operational excellence and cost leadership.

The role partners with leadership to optimize production, planning, and performance metrics while advancing safety and sustainability across AMAT sites. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates, leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools and site improvements.
• Ability to influence across levels and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites with diagnosis and prioritization.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while meeting specs.
• Optimize operations to maximize margin with safety and quality.
• Align planning with demand and strategic margins; support scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop OpEx and value-added strategies.
• Lead change initiatives and develop site leaders through coaching.
• Deliver training and mentoring to enhance operational skills.
• Support budgeting, planning, and reporting for operations.
