Job summary

CRH's Americas Materials seeks an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across western US aggregate sites, championing lean methodologies and margin improvement through cost leadership and sustainability.

You will lead assessments, coordinate cross-functional teams, and build capability through training and coaching, with travel ~50% and potential small team leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates and leading teams.
• Experience with aggregate performance tools such as AggFlow, PEAK, PRISM, B2W, DF3.
• Proven ability to build relationships and work as a leader or contributor.
• Hands-on technical experience with plant systems, quality control and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at sites across the western US.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining product quality.
• Optimize operations to maximize margin while ensuring safety and quality.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and commercial strategy.
• Lead change management and drive adoption of AMAT Performance Fundamentals and Tools.
• Deliver training, coaching and development for site leaders and frontline staff.
