Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-site performance initiatives across multiple states.
• Knowledge of lean tools and waste reduction methodologies.
• Ability to train and coach teams in operational excellence and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments across assigned sites.
• Analyze plant production and equipment performance to identify improvements.
• Optimize plant operations to maximize margin while ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate production planning and target setting to align with demand.
