CRH Americas Materials is seeking an Aggregate Performance Improvement Manager to lead operational excellence across western US aggregate operations. The role champions lean methodologies, drives cost leadership, and works on margin improvement through operational and commercial initiatives, with potential team leadership and capability-building responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years in aggregates, hands-on plant/system experience, and strong skills in performance tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational experience in aggregates.
• Experience with plant systems, quality control, and automation.
• Ability to influence and lead across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end performance assessments at assigned sites and support prioritization and implementation.
• Analyze and improve plant production efficiencies while maintaining quality.
• Optimize plant operations to meet sales demand cost-effectively while ensuring safety.
• Align production planning with demand forecast and margin targets; support scheduling.
• Collaborate with leadership and commercial teams to deploy OpEx/value-added strategies.
• Lead change initiatives and coach site leaders in AMAT Performance Fundamentals.
