Salesforce is seeking an experienced Solution Engineer to join the Commercial Tech, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) unit in the U.S. This role focuses on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) and ARM, driving billing transformation across quoting, order management, and revenue lifecycle.

You will design demos, map migration paths from legacy systems, and mentor teammates. Responsibilities include leading technical ARB initiatives, delivering end-to-end demos, and advising customers on

Qualifications

5+ years in Solution Engineering, presales, or technical revenue operations.
Deep focus on Agentforce Revenue Billing (ARB) with working knowledge of ARM.
Understanding of legacy CPQ and Billing integrations and migrations.
Knowledge of ASC 606 / IFRS 15 revenue recognition and ERP impact.
Solid grasp of TMT monetization patterns including metered usage and media rights pricing.
Experience presenting to executives and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Lead Billing & ARM technical specialist across TMT accounts.
Deliver end-to-end demos, POCs, and presentations tied to ARB monetization and ARM.
Architect migration pathways from legacy CPQ/Billing to ARB/ARM.
Guide monetization strategy including subscription, usage-based pricing, and media licensing.
Bridge revenue recognition rules to platform design and ERP integrations.
Mentor other Solution Engineers on ARB/ARM best practices and customer voice.
