Sierra is seeking an Agent Strategist to guide Sierra’s AI agents from ideation through production, impacting thousands of conversations daily. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, translating business goals into scalable agent solutions.

You will partner with enterprise clients, run working sessions, and help shape Sierra’s AI strategy while driving high-visibility projects across teams. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
