Identify and engage with potential clients to offer tailored insurance solutions that provide genuine peace of mind.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure every policy is built around the individual circumstances of the client.
Act as a dedicated resource for existing policyholders, answering questions and adjusting coverage as life changes occur.

Active Maryland Property and Casualty insurance license.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business.
Professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the insurance or financial sector.
Clear and articulate communication style, both in writing and over the phone.
Solid understanding of local risk factors and community needs within Lexington Park.
