Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
• Valid PA Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and local market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Greensburg office operations to ensure service levels and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide agents to improve sales skills and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our Greensburg office to ensure high levels of service and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide a team of insurance agents, helping them hone their sales skills and reach their career goals.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
