Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking a compassionate Multi-Line Insurance Agent to serve Yorktown clients with thoughtful, tailored coverage solutions. You will evaluate client needs, offer protection strategies, and nurture relationships with households and local businesses.

You will collaborate with underwriters, maintain records, and participate in community events to raise visibility while delivering clear, jargon-free guidance on policy options. Virginia licenses required.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Active Virginia Life and Health Insurance License.
• At least two years of professional experience in insurance sales or client services.
• Deep understanding of the local Yorktown market and community dynamics.
• Comfort using modern digital quoting platforms and policy management software.
• Strong track record of managing a sales pipeline and meeting personal objectives.
• Excellent conversational skills, with a talent for translating complex insurance terms into simple, helpful advice.
