The Atlantic District in Ridge, Maryland is seeking an Insurance Agent to help neighbors protect what matters most. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through policy options and life events with clarity and care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Solid track record of managing and growing a book of business.
• Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.
• Deep understanding of the local Maryland market and community needs.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex policy details in plain language.
• Strong organization skills and a detail-oriented approach to account management.

Responsibilities

• Consult with new and existing clients to evaluate their coverage gaps and insurance goals.
• Prepare clear, accurate quotes that align with specific risk profiles and budgets.
• Manage policy renewals and mid-term changes with a high level of accuracy and care.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local families and business owners in Ridge and beyond.
• Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
• Stay updated on state regulations and industry shifts to ensure our clients always remain protected.
