Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our agents, guiding them through Compass tools, marketing requests, and training. This 100% in-office role is based in Moorestown and Haddon offices, focusing on client success, onboarding collaboration, and office operations.

You will support marketing collateral creation, training initiatives, and office logistics while fostering a welcoming, productive environment for agents.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Previous real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training preferred.
• Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for high-touch customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology with 1:1 support and group trainings.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and liaising with marketing specialists.
• Collaborate with Onboarding team on welcoming new customers to Compass.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activities.
• Work with teams to champion agent feedback and questions.
• Greet visitors, manage office phone, handle mail, and maintain supplies and office organization.
