Compass is hiring an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our agents, guiding them through onboarding and ongoing use of Compass tools. You will train, support marketing requests, and ensure a world-class client experience across a high-touch portfolio.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Passion for supporting and serving agents trying to grow their businesses.
• Previous experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact via phone, email, ZenDesk, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology by providing 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and training.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and coordinating with Marketing Advisors.
