Job summary

Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager to be the first point of contact for our agents, guiding them through Compass tools, programs, and marketing support. This in-office role requires acting as a liaison across departments, supporting onboarding, and assisting with new office openings and expansion projects.

You will train and support agents to grow their businesses, while delivering a world-class experience and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus
• Experience working with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus
• Ability to establish credibility with agent decision-makers and influencers
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Meticulous, highly organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in the office during standard hours

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as day-to-day contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Promote Compass technology through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group training
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and liaising with marketing specialists
• Partner with Onboarding team on welcoming new customers
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and Expansion/M&A activity
• Collaborate with teams to advocate for agents and gather feedback
• Welcome guests, handle office duties, and manage supply inventory
