Compass is seeking an Agent Experience Manager in Ridgewood, NJ. You will be the first point of contact for agents joining Compass, serving as their account manager from day one and supporting them with understanding Compass, training on tools, marketing requests and more, in a 100% in-office role at our Ridgewood Office (1 Franklin Avenue).

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations.
• Real estate experience is a plus.
• Experience with live or remote training is a plus.
• Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce or Confluence is a plus.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with ability to grow agent businesses.
• Excellent listening, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work in-office during standard hours and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact via phone, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Promote adoption of Compass technology through 1:1 support, strategic recommendations, and group trainings.
• Provide marketing support by creating collateral from templates and liaising with marketing specialists.
• Partner with Onboarding team on welcoming new customers to Compass.
• Support office openings, national initiatives, and expansion/M&A activity.
• Collaborate with teams to champion questions and feedback for agents.
• Greet guests, answer the office phone, manage mail, and maintain office organization.
