ONE Sotheby’s International Realty in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to join the operations team. You will support agents with tools, onboarding, listings, and day-to-day office processes to keep the office running smoothly.

This role requires collaboration across departments—Onboarding, Agents Services, IT, marketing and transactions— and involves coordinating meetings, inputting listings on MLS, ordering signage and photography, and maintaining reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate admin (preferred).
• Proficient in MS Office and MLS.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Office Operations: Welcome guests, answer calls, manage mail, coordinate office communications, maintain supplies, and organize the office.
• Coordinate office meetings, trainings, and events.
• Assist with questions and collaborate across departments for agent needs.
