Job summary

Anywhere Real Estate Inc. is seeking an Agent Development Specialist to support residential real estate sales office operations and assist the Branch Manager with agent retention, training, technology, and administrative activities.

The role focuses on exceptional customer service and ensuring day-to-day office functionality. The ideal candidate will facilitate onboarding, provide training on company tools, MLS, and social media, and support front desk and marketing tasks.

Qualifications

• Two to three or more years’ experience in a customer-centric business environment or real estate sales/operations with administrative responsibility.
• Real estate background preferred; a valid Real Estate or Broker's license is a plus.
• Advanced computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office technology tools.
• Proficient and skilled in social media applications (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present training and interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Agent Onboarding & System Support: Coordinate onboarding support for newly affiliated sales associates to ensure they are set up on and understand Company systems.
• Agent Education & Training: Provide guidance and training for sales agents on technology tools, social media, MLS, and administrative systems.
• Recruitment & Branch Support: Assist the Branch Manager in retention of sales agents and agent transaction support.
• Office Operations & Front Desk Support: Provide direct support for branch operations and front desk responsibilities.
• Administrative & Marketing Support: Execute standard administrative tasks and manage office systems.
